There are 232 home in the neighborhood ranging in size from 1,656 square feet to 2,874 square feet. Only one home has been constructed in the neighborhood since that time, in 2005, on a lot that was originally purchased in 1977 but never built upon. We have all benefited from a strong association President, Gary Ballowe, who passed away in 2019. Gary served more than 20 years and was instrumental in replacement of our Christopher Estates monument, light poles, keeping our streets concrete, cul-de-sac landscape, approval of exterior improvements and ensuring lots are properly maintened in the neighborhood. Other neighbors have served and continue to serve our community. Over the years many homes have been beautifully updated inside and out. It is because of these things that Christopher Estates enjoys a steady rise in home values and remains a sought after Oakville neighborhood. Our current president, Gene Koziatek took over for Gary whe he could no longer serve and has devoted his time to continuing the work Gary started. Please consider contributing some of your time and talents to your neighborhood, we are all stronger together.
